Important members information

  • Please note that all memberships have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any times cancelled within 24 hours will incur a point's loss. Country Club members please note that persistent tee time cancellations may incur a suspension from the club. Any times cancelled due to medical issues will require a Doctors letter or similar for points to be re-instated.
  • Members can only bring on a maximum of 3 guests at any one time. Any guests out with will be charged the members guest rate (Corporate memberships vary but have a maximum of 16 players on any one day).
  • Members MUST book tee times prior to turning up on the day to guarantee a tee time.
  • Members must also adhere to the opening tee time and not proceed to the 1st tee pre the stipulated first tee time of the day. Failure to adhere to these club rules will result in you being asked to leave the course and report back to the golf shop.
  • All guest must be accompanied by a member; unaccompanied guests are not permitted to play the course (Corporate memberships vary).
  • Please note that we reserve the right to pair up games on busy days. In the main we always try not to pair up however on busy days it can happen.
  • All members and guests are expected to adhere to the dress code at all times.
  • If you are playing in our cub competitions an SGU/SLGA charge of £10.30 & £14.40 must be paid in the golf shop. This is part of your affiliation fee to the above governing bodies (This is only for points members)
  • All memberships have a booking window generally 11 days, tee times cannot be booked out with this window (Corporate memberships vary). Country Club and 100 club membership 21/30 days.
  • Play from the grass on the driving is not permitted; it is off the mats only unless advised otherwise.
  • Please take time to repair pitch marks, if you can manage your own plus 1 more that will go a long way to improving the green surface.
  • Spa booking using points can only be used Monday through Thursday as of the 1st September 2014, the 7-day booking window still applies.
  • Members must show their membership cards to receive discounts and access golf, spa, leisure etc.
  • Insurance forms are available for members and guests to fill out prior to play in the golf shop. These are free and cover you for then day of play only.
